Marian Davis

Marian Ruth Davis went to be in the arms of her Lord and Savior On April 11th 2025 at the age of 88. She was raised in Westerville, Ohio and graduated from Westerville High School (1954). Marian was a ray of sunshine in this life, known to many around her as a faithful follower of the most High God, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, best friend, mentor, and confidant. Married to George in 1954, they moved to Home Rd. (1962) in Delaware County. Marian was very active at Liberty Presbyterian Church, and especially loved to serve the senior saints through a ministry called “Hearts at Liberty.” Several years after moving to Hyatts Rd. in 1971, George & Marian began attending Berlin Presbyterian Church (mid 80s) and continued to be active there even when splitting their time between living in Ohio and a home in Florida. She and her hubby lived a life of dedication to the Lord and His Kingdom’s purpose while traveling the world with each other, their children, grandchildren, and friends. She leaves behind a legacy of unwavering faith in Jesus Christ as Savior & Lord, a huge investment in the priority of her ever-growing family, and the gift of unconditional love to everyone she met. Marian is also known to have taken time to appreciate blooming flowers, animals & birds (especially hummingbirds), and making time to play (and win) card games such as euchre, hearts and hand & foot. Those who preceded her passing include her parents, Edward & Katherine Busic, her brother, Larry Busic, and her husband of 67 years, George Steven Davis (August, 2021). She is survived by her children, Sherrie (Jeff) Robinson, Chuck (Renee) Davis, Steve (Mary) Davis, Leza (Curt) Cutforth, Betty (Mike) Hopper, 14 grandchildren (and loving spouses), 25 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren (with 2 more on the way!). There will be two Celebration of Life services. The first was held in FL at First Baptist Church of Venice on Tuesday April 15th. Her Ohio Celebration of Life will be held at Berlin Church, 5175 S.
