She is preceded in death by her parents, Herbert E. and Shirley M. Dusenbury, and her beloved husband, Thomas M. Lee. She is survived by her son, Shawn Lee of Forney, Texas, daughter and son-in-law Trish and Jay Mayhorn of Westerville, Ohio and adored grandson (of whom she was so very proud) Patrick Mayhorn of Columbus, Ohio.
