Jane Albrecht
November 7, 1947 - January 3, 2021
On January 3rd, 2021, Jane Albrecht was called home by her Precious Lord and Savior, Jesus. She was adored by her husband, sister, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was born to Betty and Tony Puglisi on November 7, 1947. A graduate of Grandview Heights High School and the Ohio State University, her many job experiences always led her back to art education, and the Fine Arts were her passion. She will be remembered as a compassionate, kind and loving person as well as an accomplished artist. She loved animals and creatures of all kinds—even spiders—and felt a close bond to all of her pets. She is survived by her husband, Dave Albrecht, sister, Anne (Ray) Spillman, and many others whose lives were enhanced by knowing her. In lieu of flowers, donations to some of Jane’s favorite causes would be greatly appreciated. These include St. Judes Children’s Hospital and the ASPCA. Giving to others was her great passion. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Linworth Road Church, 5400 Linworth Road, Columbus, Ohio 43235 with Pastor Bob Valtman, officiating. .
