James A. "Jim" Pugh

James A. (Jim) Pugh, 85, a lifelong resident of the Columbus area, died Nov. 26, 2021, in Westerville. A long-time City of Columbus employee, he had worked in the airport division and was an avid golfer, hunter and outdoorsman. He was born Feb. 28, 1936, to Glenn and Frances Pugh who predecease him along with three brothers, John, Glenn and Gary and a sister Ruth Bryant. Surviving are his wife Ellen (Harney) Pugh, daughter Kristy Pugh and her son Paul Bando, and a son Jim Pugh (Lori Pugh)and his daughters Ingrid, Carley and Lauren; a brother, Larry and three sisters, Kate Smith, Jackie Pugh and Susan Edwards. Calling hours will be from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Sunday December 12, 2021 at the Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, Worthington. Graveside services will be on a later date to be announced later at the old Dublin cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the WARM organization in Westerville.
