Beverly Mae Spellacy

October 19, 1936 - August 24, 2021

Beverly Mae Spellacy, 84 years of age of Laguna Vista, Texas went to be with the Lord on August 24, 2021. She was born in Peterstown, WV, and is preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Stephen Spellacy in 2019; her parents Opie H. Frazier and Helen Ballard Fraizer; her first husband, Forrest F. Dobbins; her sister, Marguerite Fraizer Hale and 2 step-sons, Daniel and David Spellacy. Beverly is survived by 2 sisters, Catherine Wickline and Marie Cupiss, 1 niece Barbara Hale Law; 1 nephew, Richard Hale; 2 Step-Children, Christopher Spellacy (Carol); Shari Spellacy Aliff (Scott), other nieces and nephews; 8 grandchildren; and 1 great- grandson. A special thank you to her loving neighbors, Jan, David and Veronica who were there in her time of need. Beverly was a kind hearted person who had a lot of friends. She loved to bake goodies and would always share with her friends and neighbors. She will be greatly missed. She was employed her entire career as an insurance claims secretary in Columbus, Ohio for 33 years where she met her husband, Robert. They moved to Bernville, PA in 1991 and resided there until retirement in 2003. Then they enjoyed building their home at South Padre Golf Course in Laguna Vista, Texas in 2004 where she resided to present. A graveside service will take place on Thursday September 2nd, 2021 at 1 PM at Resurrection Cemetery in Lewis Center, Ohio with Pastor Phil Conrad officiating.
