Tyler Scott Smith

Tyler Scott Smith, more commonly referred to as "Ty", age 33 of Columbus, Ohio, passed away suddenly on Friday, January 6th, 2023. He was most admired by his family for his spirituality and faith in God. Inspiring the development of a deeper relationship with our creator. Ty was seen as a student for life with an endless love for learning. Studying ancient healing modalities, you might remember him encouraging the cleanest of waters and gemstone therapy to uplift one's vibrations. He encouraged his friends and family to notice the importance of numerology surrounding all of us. Ty felt, as many practitioners do, that numerology is a gift from another plane, inaccessible by most, and an offering from our guardian angels. His mantra was to visualize himself as a strong oak tree; always desiring to gift shelter and support to his beloved network. Ty loved musicians, such as Steven Halpern, who studied and produced music at a frequency to cleanse the energetic pathways, Chakras, within the body commonly known in Eastern Medicine. Deeply connected to astrology he was a Sagittarius, the archer presenting with the element of fire. His sister will say he was wise beyond his years. Simply born with the mission to teach others how best to manage their element of fire. Ty attempted to open everyone's eyes to create bridges between heaven and earth. His happiest memories were meditative moments consisting of a beach backdrop and his siblings, Christmas, and the fourth of July celebration. It is always beyond devastating to lose someone you love deeply but most important to look on the brightest side of life. We are blessed that Ty left behind a beautiful little boy, Jordan, a replica of his father. In conclusion, Tyler was dearly loved and will be forever missed by his mother and second father, his siblings, extended family, and many friends. Family and friends may visit on Friday January 13th, 2023, from 6 PM to 9 PM at the Rutherford Corbin Funeral Home 515 High Street Worthington, Ohio 43085. Funeral Services will take place on Saturday January 14th, 2023 at 9 AM, also at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Union Cemetery Columbus, Ohio.
