Kristi Marie Frazier (Sacksteder)

Kristi Marie Frazier (Sacksteder), age 35, of Lewis Center, Ohio joined God on Friday, May 16, 2014 after a courageous seven-year battle with breast cancer. As an active parishioner at St. Joan of Arc Parish, her faith in Christ gave her fortitude, and her sincerest love and devotion to her children gave her an unyielding strength to face endless challenges and achieve miraculous milestones. She was an inspiration of hope to her family and many friends; giving testimony to others through example and her words, she touched countless lives everywhere. She is survived by her eternal soul mate and husband of more than seven years, Dustin Anthony Frazier. Together they have two children, Addison Hope and Chase Anthony whom Kristi cherished and fought for every day of their lives. Preceded in death by her grandmother Mary Kay Sacksteder, grandfather Harry Sacksteder, aunt Karen Hoff, uncle Barry Sacksteder, and aunt Jan Nevius; she is survived by her mother and step-father, Terri and Phil Deger of Kettering, Ohio; father, Thomas Sacksteder of Dayton, Ohio, and father and mother-in-law, Richard and Debra Frazier of Westerville, Ohio. She also leaves behind four sisters, Lori (Shawn) Craig of Dayton, Ohio, Julie (Josh) Sobel of Aurora, Ohio, Molly Deger of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Beth (Matt) Dektas of Cincinnati, Ohio; a brother-in-law, Damon Frazier (Kathy) of Westerville, Ohio; several nieces and nephews, maternal grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as many friends. Growing up in Dayton, Ohio, she is a graduate of Chaminade-Julienne High School in Dayton, Ohio (1997), a graduate of Purdue University (2001), and a licensed CPA. Calling hours will be held from 1:00-4:00 p.m. and 5:00-9:00 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, MAY 21, 2014 at the RUTHERFORD FUNERAL HOME AT POWELL, 450 West Olentangy St., Powell, Ohio 43065 (614)-792-1471. JOAN OF ARC CATHOLIC CHURCH, 10700 Liberty Rd., Powell, OH 43065 with The Reverend Michael Gentry, Celebrant.
