TOGETHER AGAIN Jeanne F. Malin, 93, of Marietta, Ohio, passed away Saturday (July, 27, 2024) at 12:45 p.m. at The Inn at Olentangy Trail. She was born September 14, 1930 in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Emil and Helen Curylo. She met the love of her life and future husband, Richard Malin, at church when they were both 11 years old. They were married on March 31, 1951. She was a woman dedicated to her family in an unparalleled manner. Her late husband and her daughters loved her so much for her unwavering kindness and support always. She was the rock of the family. She was an amazing cook as well. Her entire family always looked forward to her meals especially at Thanksgiving. She was the only one that could make broccoli casserole taste great. Even the pickiest of eaters would actually request it after having it. She would make Christmas gifts for each of her grandchildren spending days working by hand cross-stitching. She always made the holidays incredibly special and memorable for her entire family. She is survived by her daughters, Christine Casto (Kim) of Akron, Ohio, and Laurene Amos of Westerville, Ohio; four grandchildren, Robyn Snow (Rocky) of Akron, Ohio, Erin Frost (Michael) of Wadsworth, Ohio, and Matthew and Jeffrey Amos, both of Westerville, Ohio; and five great-grandchildren, Kimberly Snow, Allie Snow, Rocky Snow III, of Akron, Ohio, Samantha Frost, of Wadsworth, Ohio, and Zoey Amos, of Westerville, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Emil, and her son-in-law Alan. A private family memorial service is planned.
