Leonard "Bus" Adams, age 83, of Columbus, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2009 at his home. He was a graduate of The Ohio State University. He also owned and operated an insurance agency for thirty years. Bus was a World War II U.S. Army Air Corp Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard J. and Stella Mae Adams and sister, Mary Goodwin. Survived by his wife of 58 years, Mary Jo; children, Louise (Keith) Enevoldsen, Elaine Hunter, Robert (Karen) Adams, Thomas (Keeyah) Adams, Steven (Laurie) Adams, and Susan (James) Schiering; Sixteen grandchildren; brother-in-law, Louis "Doc" Goodwin; other
relatives and friends. Member of Epworth United Methodist Church and the Men's Club of Epworth Church. Former member of the Columbus Senior Softball League and Clintonville "Old-timers" Fast Pitch Softball League. Family and friends may call from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Saturday, November 28th at the RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St.,
Worthington, OH 43085 where a memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Brett Castle officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Epworth United Methodist Church, 5100 Karl Rd., Columbus, OH 43229.Condolences for the family
