BILLINGSLEY Valena E. (Pheneger) Billingsley, age 70, of Pataskala, passed July 13, 2009 at Mt. Carmel West Hospital. Employed by Ashland Chemical Company. Preceded in death by her parents Karl and Laura Billingsley, former husband Jack Pheneger and son-in-law Troy Wilson. Survived by daughters, Barbara (Eric) Leman, Titica Wilson, Kathleen (James, Jr.) Wilson; grandchildren, Erica, Andy, Shawn, Jessica A., Nicholas, Karl, James, III, Jamie, Jennifer, Jessica R., Jodie, and Courtney; seven great-grandchildren; and brother, Russell Wayne Billingsley. Attended Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Reynoldsburg and graduated from Dublin High School. Funeral Service 10 a.m. on Friday, July 17, 2009 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington, Oh., where family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday.
