Obituary:
BOYER Linda Jean Boyer, age 61, passed away peacefully at Kobacker Hospice on Monday, May 18, 2009 following a prolonged illness. Born November 16, 1947, in Lakewood, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Neil Robert and Jean Langell Olson and beloved granddaughter of the late Lillian Jeavons Langell. She graduated from Lakewood High School with the class of ’65 and moved to the Columbus area in 1973. She enjoyed a long career as a floral designer and was awarded both for her original floral designs and the many beautiful architectural changes she made to her Worthington home. She is survived by brothers, Karl R. Wilber (Julia) of Santa Rosa, California, Gregory A. Wilber (Karen) of Nashville, Tennessee, W. Scott Wilber (Mary Moore) of Arlington, Virginia, Daryl B. Wilber (Jodi) of Dublin, Ohio; a sister, Christine E. Kramer (John) of Gates Mills, Ohio; her step-father, Wendell W. Wilber of Canton, Ohio; 9 nieces and nephews and many dear friends. Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, May 23, 2009 at Rutherford-Corbin, 515 High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085 where friends may call 2:00 PM until service time. Interment Lakewood Park Cemetery in Lakewood, Ohio.
